you just need to get a small screw driver and pry around the back side of the panel

yeah, just pry from the driver side up...

the unit is tricky to get apart...be careful...you will see how it works

they are 3mm LED'*...smaller than normal...ill send ya some blue ones free if you want

Wrong post......the one I'm thinking of clearly details changing only the mode LED.
