PRND321 lights
I did some searching for other threads onn this topic and were too old so I started my own thread. I pulled my console up and back out of the way and found the black wire was cut . I figured out that the edges in the plastic where the wires slide around in there were so sharp it wore through the black wire and cut it. The bulb was good and worked again after I hooked it back up. Heres a pic of it back together.
You can see where I broke out the black plastic piece so the wires wont rub any more. I took a pic of the indicator lit up but with my camera it didnt show because of the daylight. I'll try to take a pic of it tonite after dark.

I'm sorry I didnt take pics of it with the wire broke and what I did.
I can't even make out those pics
But I know what you did because I had the same problem a couple months ago. I went into my console and found a wire wasn't really cut, but it was pulled out of the connector, so I just put it back in the connector and squeezed it tight so it wouldn't fall out again. It'* one of those little things that you fix that makes you smile
BTW, I'm pretty sure that bulb is a 194...pretty common, but not found in the doors.

it is a 194, but its special. it has a magnifying end on the bulb... on my ol d92 SSESC i thought mine was burned out, but also ended up only being the broken wire. i tried to replace the bulb first, but no one carried the bulb with the magnifying tip on it
