Question Power lock'*, windows, seat & pump won't work

I own a 95 Bonneville. When ever i go to use the driver side window & the passenger side window the car shuts down. Then the windows, the seat, lock'* & pump won't work. I try to start it again but nothing(it just cranks). before I'd let it sit for an hour or so & it would start. But now it won't even start. I'v replaced the ignition switch & checked both ground bus'*(clean). Also i noticed before my relay for the pump (i think the pump) would burn out & i would replace it. Can any help? Direct me to a post or give me any ideas?

Yeah i found both & cleaned them. Is it possible that one of the grounds is bad? If so where should i check for them?

Have you checked your battery cables at both ends?

Yes both are clean. Could a bad ground be causing this? if so where should i look under the hood? If i can't figure this out I'm just gonna run a hard line to my pump to see it will help.
