I was replacing the cig lighter on the console in my 92 sse when it sparked. Now when i open my doors my lights dont come on and my power locks dont work. I checked my fuses and the big ones under the hood. still no luck. Could it be a relay? how do i fix?

Please check the fuses again. IIRC this is a fuse labeled clock/ctsy/cig
