I'll probably extend the wire over to the center console and put it above or below the power seat controls.

Keep posted.....

How come you cant just splice into the original wire? If i was going to do that i wouldnt need to use the switch that comes with the lights?

I did hook the fog lights into the original wire but i did not hook the angel eye part as well. I wouldn't have made any sense if i did.

Did that answer your question?

you could splice your angel eyes into the parking lights so they come on automatically. the only reason i didnt do this is because i have the 7 color angel eyes.

I thought about that, but really wanted something i could control. I think it'll be safer in the long if I don't mess too much with stock wires.....

haha yah i know how you feel but i kinda lost that feeling after installing my viper alarm/remote start. a cool thing about having it on a separate switch is not running your parking lights which is a definate plus for me since it makes it more of an agressive look.

Default angel eye fog lights

Ok fellow angel eye owners I need some help with this situation,
I got my angel eyes yesterday in the mail, and i got the itch to install them today, so i cut the connecters off my original wires and soldered some clips that connect to the negative and positive. The lights work with my factory switch. And thats what I wanted. Now for the ring, what should I do to connect these, I want them on at night either as a full fog, or just the ring. How would I complete this task. The lights work everything but the angel eye ring, If anybody has any knowledge or suggestions that would be excellent. Hope to here back from anybody thanks

You'll probably need to go ahead and use the wiring you got with them and wire 'em up seperatly. I would sudgest a different switch though.....

ok you need to get power to the eyes, either a switched source or the parking lights, if you put a switch you just need power to them, and if you hook them up to the parking lights everytime that the parking lights come on then the rings will light
