John..there's an issue with water or a module going on there. Possibly a grounded wire shorting out. It's time to head in and look everything over very closely.

It would appear that what Mark is suggesting will remove the power to both of the rear door modules. What happens from there will give a direction to go. You did clean the bolt and connection that holds the negative battery cable to the floor pan while you were back there?

Yessir Archon. Cleaned that last weekend. However, all looked pretty good to start with under the back seat. Very clean. Im going to pull that fuse tonight. Will let u know what happens.

Do the warnings still show up on the DIC, or is that ok now too? How about the window problem?

No warnings, no windows, no door locks... everything manual... no problem. Would like to fix this problem eventually but im happy for now.. thanks guys.

Well anyway, that was the objective as a temporary solution. The real problem still needs to be addressed. The next thing to do would be remove the rear door interior trim panels to gain access to the control modules. Are you alright doing that? We have to start isolation at the component level.
