NEED Remote Keyless Entry info ALL MEMBERS help
we need some help from BC members with the same years to post your FCC ID number on the back of your transmitter
i think that the same years years have the same FCC ID if this is true it would help anyone that has lost a remote and is trying to locate a new one could we sticky this ?? and if it works out it could be a good Techinfo ok so 1993 RKE FCC ID-ABO0303T (1993 SLE, fuddyduddy121) |
I've got that same number.
My remote came from ebay, and works with my 95 SSEi. |
Where is this number? The SSE has a little three button thing in it.
|
(The following for my 1998 SLE... and I did purchase an eBay replacement that works perfectly!)
FCC ID: KOBUT1BT Canada: 1983 101 393 GM/UTA: 25678792 (P.S. My '99 Aurora that replaced my Bonneville has exactly the same numbers... in fact, I re-programmed one of my salvaged Bonny remotes for my Aurora. Just a helpful tip if you have other GM vehicles; the numbers are universal across several models.) |
Flip it over; the number is on the back. You may need a magnifying glass.

1992 original, as far as I can tell:
25602667.68.69 FCC ID: AB00302T DOC(?): 218 K800 Other one: Same FCC ID: AB00303T DOC/MDC: 218 K1033 |
2001 FCC ID: KOBLEAR1XT
|
My 93 SSEi has 302T, just like John's 92, and different than the other 93's here. So it's not ENTIRELY year-dependent. (just verified that both my fobs are the same).
but my 93 SSEi is up on blocks now :) |
My 95 SE had before it died....
PN: 25602667,68,69 FCC ID:AB00303T DOC/MDC:218 K1033 Great Idea coming up with this thread BTW! It will come in very useful to fellow bonneville memba's |

I dont need the remote I was just trying to help out all of the members  |

$169 to match the receiver from the 94. I don't need keyless that bad.
|
I got a replacement fob off of eBay for 15.00 plus shipping. If you match up the numbers on the back it dosent matter what kind of car or year it cam off of.
|
Haven't seen many '94's posted...
Model/FCC - AB0D3D3T DOC/MDC - 218 KID33 25602667, 68, 69 FYI, not sure about those " D "'s. They look like squares to me. Also, both of the original remotes broke...this one is about two years old and was bought at the stealership. |
i have 2 for my 93 sse
the first is ABO0302T any my spare is ABO0303T |
Case for Keyless Remote
This may be a long shot and I may be better off just buying a new remote from AutoZone or off Ebay but since I have a working transmitter all I need is a case.
The keychain loop on the case back I have broke. If anyone has a case they want to sell for a 94SE let me know. thanks, Mike |

Can we get some 90/91 data in here? We're missing that.

Transmitter & receiver are interchangeable '92 - '93
My '92 SSEI originally came with the following:
Transmitter: FCC ID: ABO0303T (Note there is a letter 'O' followed by a number "0") Receiver, aka Remote Accesssory Control (RAC) Module: FCC ID: ABO0302R Part No. 25602655  Just today, I replaced the RAC module with one bearing the following part No.: 25615095 (Sorry I don't have the FCC ID no. It's already installed) Note that this part number came up earlier in this thread as compatible with a '93 SSEI. Mine came from a junkyard out of either a Buick Regal/Park Ave or an Olds 88/98 of similar vintage. I plugged it in, and it works fine. I ran the programing sequence and programmed my transmitter to the receiver, and now it all works like new! I was a bit worried about the different part numbers between the two RACs, and even more worried when I opened the boxes and the innards looked VERY different! But apparently they work just the same. I have seen remotes on Ebay consistently listed as compatible '92-95, so I would guess there's no reason why the RAC's aren't interchangeable as well. p.s. NEVER pay the dealer $50 to program a remote. It takes 30 seconds, and the only tool required is an unbent paper clip for a jumper wire. |
No '91 model here but for my '97...
