I have mine hooked up to a switched power whenthe car is on the mirror is on...there is no need to remember the settings

Thank you again, Bill. Done. Works. Finishing up front and rear radar to center console switches and LED'* to copy the Zilla now.

I still think I prefer the OEM elctro mirror in the 93. It has a hi/lo option. With a tinted rear window, the lo mode is best. Hi is too dim. Maybe the 99 mirrror I just put in the 95 does this automatically?

Anyone with a 98/99 owners manual should be able to answer this.

My 93 SSEi OEM mirror also has a light sensor. It just has a hi/lo sensitivity select as well.

Maybe you should have picked up the 93 mirror? Sounds like it might be better

Not too sure. But the 93 at the wrecker was an SE. Standard mirror. I had no choice. It'll be interesting to see how the 99 mirror reacts after window tint. It may simply do automatically what I have to select on the 93.
