I recently inherited a Stewart Warner fuel air ratio guage.
Not that it is somthing that I really need, but I do think that It would be neat to add to the dash.
As per the wiring instructions, there is no indication that it should be fused.
Quite straight forward actually- gnd, Power in run and the line to the O2 sensor. The back lighting, is to tie into dash lighting, so thats not a problem, already fused, and will convert to LED anyway.
But should I fuse the power in run line? 5 amps would not hurt, but I'm looking for imput.
Thanks
Pics will come as install progresses.
thanks

The suspence is over....
and here are the pics of the Air/Fuel Guage install

Before:

Pre wire

Installed

At night....and in use

decided to replace the....

O2 definitly was old- and need of replacing

And I almost forgot- found this in the yard months ago, put it on the car a while ago- but temporarly lost the pic in another directory. 80k. and recently replaced. It came from a 92 Regal, but I din't think that its original. And I've yet to see one with a made in the USA sticker on it....
