Get the multimeter out and start following the circuits. My guess is there'* a ground problem.

I doubt its the fuses because the headlamps, blinkers and hazards are 3 seperate fuses. How would 3 fuses just give out in a span of 1 month just like that?

Also i dont have a multimeter, where should i bring my car too that wont charge me much?

You can pick up a multimeter, (DVOM) for under $20. You'll pay more then that just to drive up and say hi.

Hope it comes with instructions cuz i have no idea how to use one.

A friend of mine said it might be the ignition switch is bad, what do you think about that?

I don't think it'* the ignition switch. Ask Purplehaizer, he has a 2000+ FSM, he might be able to shed some light on this.

a multimeter will be well worth it once you figure out how to use it, I can't think of anything off the top of my head but I have a 2000 FSM so I will look into it

It might serve you better to take it to a local shop that has a good reputation for fixing electrical problems. Ask friends and family who is reliable in you area.
