Default low beams both out

I was driving last night and noticed both low beams were out... high beams work fine .. everything else is fine.. checked the fuses and all looks good... what is the likely hood both bulbs went out at the same time? Please advise...

Has happened to me. I looked at all the wrong places, never expecting the obvious; and then replaced a bulb to find it wasn't anything other than burned out bulbs.

I think its hilarious that we all are so used having problems that involve so much to fix that when we run into an easy fix we look in all the wrong places, because there is no way in HADES it could be that easy.LOL
