Keyless entry delima 1996 Bonneville Solved
Following the advice of you experts..I pulled the after-market alarm out and drum roll please.... I was able to program a factory remote to the car and it WORKS!!!! I borrowed a remote from a guy at work who has a 1997 Park Avenue, (another thing that I learned at this site was that they have the same FCC ID remote)
Now all I need to do is order one on E-bay or find one locally...till then my buddy can steal everything in my car I guess!
Many thans to the "Wise old Bulls" of Bonnevilleclub.com have saved the foolish young bull from himself...Great Advice Great Site!!!!

Wise old Bull
Okay since you asked..
The Wise Old Bull and the Foolish Young bull were standing on top of a hill overlooking a pasture where a herd of fine young heifers were grazing.
The Foolish Young Bull said " I have a great idea" Let'* run down this hill and nail us a heifer.
The Wise Old Bull said, I have a better idea....." Let'* walk down... and nail 'em all.

I dont understand about the part where u say u need aligator clips to clip wires.
Are both ends of the wire inside the metal connectors #4 and #8. or is 2 seperate wires.
i m confused. i dont blow the cpu or anything. if there is a pic or an illustration plz post thank you.

You can just as easily use a paperclip. just bend it into a 'U' shape and insert it into the #4 and #8 slots. Biggest worry would be making sure you have the correct
slots identified... I can't recall the orientation...which row starts with 1 etc. As I recall not all the slots have terminals/wires in them and if you count them out left to right and right to left...top row and bottom row only one set of slots can be the ones you want...because the other way there is no wire/terminal in both slots.
That being said you way want to be a little more "for sure". I believe that there may be an illustration of the OBDII port on this site with the terminals numbered/identified, that might help.
