Keyless entry is dead :(
Well... I went out yesterday to the Bonne to get some parts out of the trunk. Well, I hit the button on my remote, and surprisingly, it did not work. I pushed it many times, with no luck. I proceeded to put some new batteries in it. No luck. Then tonight I went to pull on my door handle, and noticed that the key holes no longer glow, nor do the interior lights come on. What is happening? Everything else works in the car but what I mentioned. I do have FSMs, so if you can point me to those, let me know. Any help would be great!
EDIT - All grounds are clean, I cleaned them 2 days after I got the Bonne.

This just happened to me too. As of 2 weeks ago my remote started "missing". i would hit it and nothing happened. i hit it again and it worked. i replaced the batteries but as the weeks passed it became more failure than success. Now it has all together failed.
I wasn't gonna bother posting it until after i have troubleshot but if it is already getting posted i may as well get in on this too.
i figure maybe i can check the antenna if anyone knows where it is located. maybe some solder has crumbled up lost connection? does anyone know what fuse it'* on?
Thanks guys

Is the retained accessory portion still functional?

Yes, this was a problem that started to occur while I owned it. I didn't really care, since I was gonna install an aftermarket one but I never got around to it.

It'* the Black box with the white connector on top, and the 2 blues on the bottom, correct? If so, I got it out and it'* sitting in front of me. No signs of water damage or anything, nothing "looks" fried. PN# on it is 25602655.
