Default inside lights still blink

car: 96 SE low options: power doors locks windows, no remote, no power trunk either, does have twilight......

I replaced a bad door latch assembly, passenger side front door.
the lights still blink inside.
now also the battery went bad in the mean time.
the lights used to stop blinking after an hour.

clueless at this point.

Todd.

That does sound like a MALL/RFA module.

IIRC the trouble tree went after the door switches first, then to the RFA and last the MALL module.

Does the car have FOB'*?
