Prompt what to buy ICM
There is no spark on 1-4 cylinders

The front coil pack fires cylinders 1 and 4. Switch it with one of the other coil packs. If the problem moves with the coil pack, replace the coil pack. If not, it definitely could be the ICM.
I think it is more likely you have a bad coil pack.

I am still suspicious of the coil, since cylinders 1 and 4 are on the same coil. Are the connections between the coil and the ICM nice and clean. Check the electrical connector to the ICM for a good connection and clean contacts. Check your plugs and wires, particularly on cylinders 1 and 4.
The ICM you found on Ebay is correct for your car. If the coils, plugs and wires are okay you can try that next.

It'* possible the ICM is bad. If the connections to the primaries is bad then that coil will not fire. You can test this be removing all the plug wires from the coils and then crank the engine. You will see spark between the coil posts.
