IAT wire gauge, is going bigger bad?

IAT wire gauge, is going bigger bad?
I was doing the cai install & i used a larger wire gauge than the iat already had, is this going to have any negative effects or do i need to use the same gauge to extend the sensor?

Larger gauge wire won't make any difference really...as long as you're somewhere within the normal gauge....
Not like using 8 ga. or something...LOL
