Whoa! I've never seen one like that. My great aunt had a 97 SSEi and it didn't have that one. I may be wrong, but that probably came like that..

Personally, I always thought there should be a switch somewhere for it, but oh well. My guess is since the car was orginally sold in Georgia, that may be why. I sure would have come in handy on the ALCAN

yea i found the problem. It was the button lol, i should stop pushing stuff if i dont know what it does.
