Last night'* progress
Added more material to the switch holders, tonight I may be able to start sanding and sculpting.

While that was setting up and curing I aimed into the electrical. A messy bench means..things are close by (now where did I leave the $@%$% wire?)

Finished wiring the electrical to a spare connector that fits my existing setup

Looked at the front and added more material there

This morning everything was dry and finishing the curing process. I had to see what it was going to look like.

Can't wait to sculpt and get it painted up, then into the car. I'm pretty pleased so far.

Tools will be dremel w/sanding attachments. Hand sand, and maybe some files.. never sure what is part of the tool pile til you do the work and find a need.
Geoff..97-03 GP heated seat switch. Have the p/n at home..will get it to you.

Today'* progress doesn't seem large..big or great. However...none of the pics really show how the plastic bends there and the switch holders are straight. It'* going to be a tough blend.
I sanded down and found the low spots..used bondo...realized..I don't like the way it does anything..sanded....then pulled out ole faithful..JB Weld...here'* what I have at the end of the day...curing jb weld

Steve...post a pic and we can tell if they are the same wiring. (Even if the colors are off..the cavities on connectors are the same and work well. I've tested it.)
Meanwhile..I finished...ahhhhhh
A quick test fit before painting

I did a little more finish work behind the switches on the composite parts of the dash to make room for the switches. AND THEN!!!!!
Hotness

One blurry attempt to take a pic in the dark

Unbelieveable
That'* the best looking mod I have seen in a long time...looks factory!
If there were a "Mod of the Month" for BC, that would get my vote.
