I'd check the fuse...I think theres a fuse or relay somewhere. Dont have the manual on me right now.

Fuses first, the relay is under the maxifuse relay center cover under the hood just below the wiper cowling at the top of the firewall.

From there, the wiring diagram will help you. My bet is the relay.

That should be the one. It is the second "relay" in from the passenger side. First is the A/C relay

If you are getting power at the horns then your horns went bad. Both of mine stopped working at the same time in my 92 once so theres a small possibility that could be the problem. Cheapest place to get horns would by the junkyard or auto part stores if they carry them.
