No such thing. How about SIR?

Supplemental Inflatable Restraint. We call that an airbag.

This is a type of headlight. Halogen Infrared. The GXP uses the HIR-1 for the high beam bulb. To date, I've only ever found this bulb at GM with a price tag of about $45.00 CDN.

I know that I find my high beams work very well, especially considering that on the GXP the low beams turn off when the high beams are on. I find the light output very adequate.

Considering that not all information on Wikipedia is necessarily accurate, here is a link. There is a section part way down the page that describes HIR.

No. There is no SilverStar replacement for the HIR-1. I do use SilverStar 9006 bulbs in place of my low beams, but even the colour of projected light is entirely different.

Yes it is available.

You can convert it, and many have. I'm not certain how legal this is though. You MAY also have people flashing their lights at you.
