hi-speed fan trigger

I know Bill has hooked up a fan switch to turn the fan on without having to turn the A/C or the compressor on basically.. but he'* is a series I OBD 1

So wondering if anyone knows or have schematic that can find out is it negative or positive trigger for the fan on OBD II'*

Hey PontiacDad.. i tried printing it out.. with no avail.. all the letters and numbers are blockey and smudged.. do you have a better resolution of that schematics?
