Headlights/Parklights stay on, Car off. Key out. ????

Headlights/Parklights stay on, Car off. Key out. ????

In the middle of the day, the lights just turned on right after I shut off the engine. I did not have the Auto lights on, and switch is off. No door chime, unless I pull the park light fuse. and headlights stay on, also unless I pull fuse. tried to start car, turn lights on then off, tried to enable auto on lights. Nothing is working. Anybody had this problem.
