Ok this is strange. when I start my car and leave it in park or even after driving for awhile the put the car into park, after a few minutes the headlights start flashing. But not just on, off, on, off they will go slow then sometimes strobe style then back to just slow then they will either stay on or off after about 5 to 10 minutes. Until I put the car back into drive. What would cause this? It happens when i start with the key or the command start. I'll try to get a video to show what happens. Of course I only notice this at night.

It is quite likely that you light sensor is going. Others have had similar problems, with that being the cause. Why only in park - not really sure.
