Default Guages stay up

Is there something wrong with my dash, its a 95 ssei, when i turn off my car sometimes the oil pressure, and gas, temp gauge stay in the spot were they were when the car is running? Is it normal, sometimes i just turn the key to the acc position and it goes away? what could it be

all my gauges bottom out except for the tach. it stays at 1k unmless i cycle the key.
