I had a very similar issue. Check out my thread:

In a nut shell, my door lock control box was bad. I picked up a couple from the junkyard. Ironically the first one I plugged in was bad too. The second one was good. Problem resolved.

I don't think 92 had a Mall or Body control module...I'm pretty sure it'* as Vital believes.. a lock module..

sounds like my car, no courtesy lights, no power locks, when key is switched to run the horn will soound unless i hold the lock switch down, and sometimes it all goes away and come back. Funnier yet is when my moonroof switch makes the horn honk instead, but this doesn't happen as often
