Default Getting a new radio deck.. few questions.

okay im buying a new deck, my old aftermarket one broke.
here is a pic of the one im thinking of getting

it can play dvd'*... i was wondering if there was anyway i could hook a ps2 slim up to it.. would i just take the red and white rca cables and plug them in the back?

Are the rcas input or output? Most likely output but I could be wrong.

If you have a link to the radio it might help.

Edit: red/white is audio. If there isn't a yellow you definitely can't do it.

well you could be the video i believe. it was a video in for the camera and i see no reason that cant be used as for a ps2.

Seems like it would work. It has all the inputs a PS2 would require

The camera input is for a rear view camera and most decks don't allow that option to display on except when in reverse. I think even if you wired a positive voltage to the "reverse" wire, the other display functions on the deck would be unavailable.

So, you could switch the reverse wire to 12vDC, and plug your PS2 into the camera and audio in, but all other deck functions won't work. When you go to play, you need to flip the switch to fool the deck that your backing up and your PS2 is the camera.
