Default Electrical issues

Okay my blower motor quit on me,at first it would blow in puffs for about a day. Then when i went to look at it the plug on my blower motor was melted to it.I took it out and hot wired it to see if it would work and it did.So I rewired it and put it back in with a fuse link just before the motor and a 10 amp fuse. When I turned it on i blew the fuse so I tried a 15 amp fuse .It didnt blow it but after a few minutes the fuse link got hot. After all of that I changed the blower motor(with one from a junkyard) and still the same problem, but this time it blew the 15 amp fuse.I have searched every where I can think of to find a short but I cant find it.

That blower motor is going to pull a heck of a lot more that 15A when it'* on full blast. Can you take a picture and post exactly what you have?
