haha its alright man i understand most of what your saying, just alot to take in at once, the viper is my aftermarket securtiy, it has shock sensors and relays for the doors and lights, the reason why i think it doesnt have anything to do with the viper is bcuz of the wires inside the drivers door that got sliced on accident while trying to get to the factory speaker wire...oopsie haha. and yes my older bonnehas all of that...the factory remotes are god knows where, they broke over time...the interior lights used to come on i would lock/unlock the car and also when i opened my door until i accidently cut those wires inside the driver door boot, which leads me to believe a fuse would blow, but i carefully went thru every single fuse and the bus ground connections and everything is in working shape, after knowing no fuses were blown i figured maybe a relay or something else in the circuitry that runs to the door locks and trunk release which in turn is also wired into my dome lights which are supposed to come on blah blah blah, the viper even gives me an extra chirp while unlocking because it doesnt find the dome light module, if you have this same year bonne you can open the drivers door and see the boot, peel the boot back and there is 2 sets of orange wires and 1 set of lime green solid wires and limegreen with black stripe wires, well i was outside in the rain when i was putting these wires back together quick and realized today that the the solid limegreen(positive i believe) and limegreen w/ black line (negative) coming from the inside of the car were both tied together instead of the positive input (coming from inside of the car) going to the positive input of the door. woofta. thanks for the help man.
