Default Dim Headlights

(I hope this is the right section) I dont really have a "problem" but I need opinions and/or suggestions. I wanted to know what are the brightest bulbs I can buy for my 98 SLE without goin HID or changing out my stock lighting unit.

you might have to adjust the headlights a bit after you upgrade the bulbs...i lifted mine and put them out a little to get the most out of the light projection. The regular halogens are weak in these cars especially when it'* dark and raining so as i said b4, i like the upgrade, they are still going strong after three years which is great as they are always on due to mandatory DRL'* here in Canada.

Unhappy

Anybody try the hilites from ebay. Supposed to be 7000k. really bright white. w/ fogs. 55 and 37.5watts respectively. Thought I would ask about these vs. ultras. I have silverstars and they seem dim after a year. Are the Ultra'* going to be better than silverstars. Do you think the ebay deal is to good to be true?

Thanks for help.
