Sometimes on the road, if I hit a bump the DIC shuts right off, still keeps track of mileage however. While driving if i tap the fuse panel with my foot it will come back on. Haven't checked for a corroded fuse, I'm still thinking its a bad wire at the fuse block itself.
any suggestions, anyone else'* Bonneville do that?

yup the SSE/SSEI have a issue with the connectors corroding and then not displaying the compass and the DIC. Pull it and clean the connections

i got the same problem... infact i posted about it the other day
