After looking at those pictures, I would say there'* your problem. As Kevin suggested, check the grounds under the dash on both sides. something funny happened to that car. That'* far more corrosion then we should see on a 2000+

the sunroof was sagging when it was left for a year so all sorts of goodness got into that car. i'm shooting for the corrosion is the primary issue

Pick up a few cans of electro contact cleaner and start the hunt. Spray, check, spray again, check everything. I know it'* a pain, but I suggest taking out all the seats and carpet. Take up each ground, clean up, put a dab of dielectric grease, and reattach. Get a good wire brush. If a lot of water got in to the car, it will need to be treated as a flood damaged car.

the car is gutted right now so nothing but the dash remains inside it

Are you checking power with a voltage meter or just attempting to use the switch? I had 2 problems with my windows in the last year. First 3 motors burnt out in the span of 5 months and then I had my wife spill a soda on the drivers side controls which made the child lock get stuck.

As far as interior lights have you checked to ensure the door switch'* are working correctly so they prompt the lights to turn on. I've seen those get stuck in before and with the corosion it wouldn't surprise me if that happened.

we were just checking for power and ground with a test light then we found all the green stuff
