Default Cigarette Lighters

Yesterday morning my clock was unreadable - it looked like when a calculator runs out of batteries and parts of numbers were missing. An hour later the clock displayed the time properly, but neither cigarette lighters work.

Could this be a fuse? Thanks for any help, Luke.

Question answered. Blown fuse. Doesn't explain the clock though.
