Two possibliites...that I can think of...but have no experience with your year.

Remote Accessory Control (Need to rule out first)
Body Control Module (probably the issue)

You need someone with your year to give you the info from the manual as to what tests can be performed.

93 has no BCM. Try checking the fuses first.

In the meantime, we need a better description of the MODE they do or don't work in. When you pull the door handle from the outside of a locked car? When you unlock with the fob? When you OPEN a door? When you manually turn them on by twisting the cluster dim? When you manually turn on the maplights?

We need you to be ALOT more specific or there'* really nothing we can do but guess.

On a newer model I tested with a new member.

The troubleshooting diagram went through quite a bit. Bong bong ... do this...bong bong.. do this no bong.. ok...now check this... bong bong.. then go here..

It'* one that you will want a copy of the troubleshooting chart for ... if you get that...you'll run right to the problem.

(might have to pull a door panel or two)

How about you answer all the questions I asked a couple replies ago? If you expect us to help you from hundreds of miles away, you have to give us something to work with. The lighting system is alot more complicated than it seems.

Do the lights work:

When you pull the door handle from the outside of a locked car?
When you unlock with the fob?
When you OPEN a door?
When you manually turn them on by twisting the cluster dim?
When you manually turn on the maplights?

Also ... consider changing the name of your thread. This is maybe the third thread you named this way. Simply put..most think it'* the same thread as before and if they couldn't help then..or have no idea what you need by the title..

They simply move on and don't read it.

It'* merely my suggestion on what I've seen work best.
