Hi my name is Tim, and I am a victim of bad regulators.
I opened up my driver'* door, and found the black box that all the electricals plug into.
Is this a control module??
I have already replaced the master switch, it helped for a short time, now I'm back to square 1. The window went down one day at work and wouldn't go back up.
I took apart the door and I noticed the black box was quite loose. I basically just tightened up the nuts and presto it started working again.
Now however I am back to square 1 again. Is it the motor or what?? I have my power mirrors, but no windows. Why won't the passenger window go down??
I can hear a faint click when I try to operate the windows, but that'* it.
I did a search but really didn't find anything helpful. The windows are all up so it'* no big deal but it does perplex me.
Thanks,
Tim

Tim.. Looks like Archon is pointing you in the direction that this is a bad window regulator. Within the thread he linked you to, should be instructions for a low cost, home done fix.
