Pull the main oulet off the compressor, and turn it on. Does it make any pressure?
If it doesn't, replace it. If it does, it'* off to the control box. It'* producing air, but the valve that directs it to the right chamber may be bad.

I don't think your pic shows the compressor. It should be a round body, mounted very close to the front edge of the seat. I think that black box is the selector valve assembly. I'll try to dig into mine today and see if I can help.
