Default Alarm/door lock control module needed

My '90 SSE has the factory keyless entry system. But the alarm module is working intermittently. The car would unlock the doors and pop up the trunk randomly. The key fob was new, so the key fob was good.
The parts number for the part is #10178756 or #25558111. But I have no luck in finding this part online or junkyards. I live near Memphis, TN. I wonder if there'* any place to get this part rebuilt? Or any place that sells this?

The module is old. So it goes wrong.

I could help if you were able to understand but I think your method of not testing leaves us with only one option. Throw parts at it. You can handle that OK on your own so I'm not sure what you want form any of us. Load your shotgun and blast away.

It does this when you press buttons or just any time?

"was new" makes me ask: how new is it now?

Yeah, this is going to be hard to find. I've never heard of a place that rebuilds these, and I don't think anyone sells new ones, they're pretty reliable. You might be stuck troubleshooting this. Give us some more info about the car and we might be able to help. We'd definitely need to know:

How often does this happen?

How many miles on the car?

How many miles have you owned it?

How long have you owned it?

Do you know the car'* history prior to your ownership?

Has it ever been in a flood?

Has it ever had the floor flooded by anything including weather/super big gulps/etc.?

The car was owned by an old lady from 1990-2019. I just got it on Jul. 3rd. The old lady kept all the repair receipts. It seems the alarm module wasn’t tough enough, it was replaced once in 2001. She always garaged the car. The doors would unlock randomly. The key fob was programmed at GM dealership last week. So the receiver is the culprit in this case.

. . . when she owned it? . . . and/or for you?

. . . or wiring/relays/etc. I don't know enough about the car yet to rule any of this out.
