Default 93 SSEi won't crank

Car was running fine. I changed oil and moved it out of the garage. Went out to move it back into the garage and no crank, so no start. Battery is new and battery voltage tested fine. Pulled the codes and got these 3:
34 MAF
42 Electronic spark timing circuit
56 Quad driver B fault

Disconnected the battery, cleaned the MAF, connected battery. It won't crank.
Try to jump and it won't crank.
Do I have an ECM issue?

Do the lights come on? Start by checking all the battery cables. Another possibility is the VATs system. Try a different key.

Yes, the lights come on. Battery cables good at battery and at starter. Tried different key, lights come up on the dash, but just a slight click, no crank.

Turn the key to power on, get big screw driver and jump the big terminal and little terminal on the starter. This will test to see if your starter is good.

CAUTION, with the power on, the engine may start up!

Pull the starter and have it tested, you bypassed everything by jumping those posts. Providing of course you checked the battery connections.

Test the battery cables. There should be tests for that in tech info
