there are 2 different part numbers based on the Kind of seat you have. The 00-02 seats have a different design as apposed to the 03+ seats.

From the looks if it it might appear as you have the 00-02 element Kit. The 03+ seats are a 5 element design

I have the same problem but it is both seats. The seat heaters haven't worked since 2004. I checked the fuses and they are all fine. Looking for an answer also.

you have to do the tests and determine what the actuall problem is.. Chances are that it will be the elements them selves
