Well let'* see,
1. The tail lights seem to be just a bit darker
2. The chrome tips on the exhaust are different.
3. You don't have a good lik'in babe sitiing on the car.
4. The Pontiac emblem seems to be missing on the rear.
Did I miss anything else?
