I see it done all the time, and I do it all the time, whatever that'* worth. I guess it depends what part of the country you're in or what local laws are. It might be illegal north of the border - no idea really.

I found some white bulbs but my Silverstar'* are a different shade so they almost look amber in comparison. Looks way better than the amber IMO.

depends on the state. Legal and illegal colors for fog lights (yellow or white) also varies from state to state

If you are going to mist amber to chrome/silver. Dont just spray them and put them right in. You will get a resin mist in the headlight from when it cures.

In PA you have to have amber for inspection. So one could switch them out for white afterwards. I keep up with my nephew who is in a large ricer club. They usually don't get stopped for lights except major blue xenon headlights. What they usually get stopped for is tint. PA has screwed up laws. In fact there is actually 2 standards, one is purely subjective, and the get stopped all the time for that.

As far as foglights, the law in PA allows no blue for any lights at all.Technically, you could get stopped for the blue trim on angel eyes. i haven't heard of anybody getting halted for foglights when there is no fog. But then again, I don't know everybody in the state.

Yeah the blue light law i think goes for any state. In NY here i got pulled over for having the blue windshield washer lights, said i was impersonating a cop by having them on. Haven't seen many cop cars with accessorized lights but i got the point i guess..

But the funny thing to do is putting the strobes in your headlights, one red, one blue, and then pull your friends over (only works with a convincing car, like my the white jeep i had) Boy did we have some good laughs with those.( i even had the kid going as far as when i went up to his window he handed me his license and registration )

don't dodge trucks have the park/fogs on as daytime running lights?
My friend (brybry) got a $150 ticket for clear/blueish turn signals.
