What is the best paint that is very hard and won't chip alot from rock chips, I was told PPG is the good? Is there anything else better and stronger than PPG?

PPG is really good paint....Dupont is also.....

Would any body know if a 95 bonneville would look good with grey and blue graphics i need opinions becaue i don't want to regret it afer i do the paint job i already put some things on the car like spoiler and flow master . i put some pics later
