Drill out....Swiss Cheese....all accessable metal frame and brackets for reduced weight. You will need all the help you can get. 
I am impressed at all the work you have done so far. Should be a very noticeable gain.

Bonneville Speed Week is next summer. Preliminary plans are already in place. There'* no way I'll make it this year, thanks to Domestic Performance hosing me, and several others.
