Darrel, there have been many tint threads lately. Please search, somewhere in one there is a tint law website.

Edit: sorry...working on honing my reading skills. Apparently it didn't work in this case.

I don't recommend tinting them all and taking your chances. My son got two tickets in one week before he got around to removing the front window tint, on a car he brought up from Florida.

this is what i was worried about. i live in a small town and sometimes the police like to chase down the little things like tint.
I lived in detroit, didnt get into too much trouble for it. No tint tickets. If...if..you decide to tint the front and really dont want to attact too muc attention, do them 35% tint.

This is what 10% tint all around looks like. Havent got a ticket, but mind you, over on the east side cops are more ********

Default Tinting solutions

hi there,
ive got a 95 sse, and i live in illinois, wehre its also illegal to tint your front windows. i got mine tinted with a 20% smoke tint in the back and a 45% tint in front. ive had it for a good 6 mths without a problem. it looks good, and i really dont even worry about cops. check out my site to see the results.
