That depends alot on the dog. Some dogs sit still and enjoy the ride, and don't care about door panels.

I have the custom logo Bonneville door panels Randman made. I have no fear of them in the car with Bo.

I have a Cane Corso and she'* just a hair over 100...she comes with me everywhere I go and everything'* just fine...never has she put a hole in my leather or anything like that...she'* gotten it dirty which made me a bit mad lol but what do you expect, its a dog!

Kennel is not an option all of the time. She goes with us on weekend trips to the family cottage.

I'm not worried about the door panels. She doesn't climb around on the door panels since she'* too big to do so. She just likes to stand on the seat and poke her big head out the window.

My dog sits next to the door, puts her front leg on the arm rest just like a human would and looks out the window.
