Definitely take the back deck out before you send it in though, visually it makes a huge difference from the back.

Yes. I saw one that had a cutout around the brakelight and it looked pretty bad.

I live in PA, work in NJ and no ones ever bothered me w/ my 12% all around. I could sit in there pick my nose, moon the world and dance like a fool and nobody would see.
