Default tailpipe flange end on left side

I am new. I hope I do this right...
One of the flange thingy'* at the end of my 98 SSEi'* duel tailpipe fell off.
Is it a separate piece? Is it all one tailpipe piece? Am I going to be stuck purchasing a new muffler to get it back? [/img]

Yes, exhaust tip. One of them is missing. Is it a separate piece on the 98? Will it be easy to get matching tips again?
