I was talking to a friend (who does body work) today about how much I hate my stick on hood scoops. He said that it was possible to turn them into functional scoops. He said all I'd need to do is cut holes in the hood, and in the front of the scoops. Also if it was possible how would I go about making the scoops flush with the hood?

Making them flush is a real pain, but can be done. I have two threads on doing that, one is listed above.
