That all depends on you, Mr. Watson

If you are going stock colors, I see no reason to paint the plastic, unless the exposed plastic (tweeter pod) is discolored. In that case, paint it.

But before you do THAT, think to yourself for a second or two. Do you want to be able to see your speakers (if you put new ones in that are all purty), or keep the stealth factory look? Either way, that factory felt better not go back in. If you want a "see=through" look, trim out all the cross-support before painting. If you want black-out, buy some new acoustic material, trim it to fit, and leave the crosshatch.

lol last nite I was really out of it (been on a nite schedule lately) and even tho I was gonna leave it the original color I thought I had to paint the plastic so never mind lol. I need a "stealth" look right now till I get an alarm then I'll put the aftermarket speaker grilles on.

I'm a little concerned about what is the route cause of the dis-colouration. It looks like water stains, and if that is the case, I'd be chasing down that leak and fixing it ASAP!

Could be a rear window seal??

Yea I noticed they looked water stains too but theres no leak at all, at least not anymore I really dont know what happened with the previous owner
