The bumper covers are real easy to do. The front one you just drop off, switch the little metal brackets on the top corners to the new covers and bolt the new one on. The rear one you have to remember to use rtv on the nuts otherwise there will be water in your trunk.

Don't know how hard the side claddings are yet, I haven't gotten a set yet to finish my SLE/SSEi body conversion.
