Default removing glue from tinted windows

As I have been working on my windows as of late, when I removed the tape that was holding them up, most of the glue stayed on the windows. The outside of the window doesn't worry me, I can get that cleaned up pretty much on my own.

What does concern me however, is the window tint, what does anyone recommend for getting the glue off. Would just soap and water work or can I use rubbing alcohol or what.?

Thanks,

Tim
